Meet Dr. Tammye Curtis-Jones

At the heart of our mission is Dr. Tammye Curtis-Jones, a seasoned and highly respected expert in mediation, conflict resolution, and dispute management. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Curtis-Jones brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to resolving conflicts in a wide range of sectors.
Dr. Curtis-Jones is a retired Administrative Law Judge and Attorney in the State of Texas. She has been a certified mediator since 2001 and has served as a trusted mediator for numerous organizations, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), the Texas Department of Insurance, and various state and federal agencies. Over the years, she has mediated thousands of disputes nationwide, involving minor to complex matters.
In her work with the USPS, Dr. Curtis-Jones has led mediation efforts as the lead mediator in Houston, and she has trained many mediators throughout her career. She has also played an integral role in mediating complex matters related to contracts, leases, various employment matters, construction, sports/athletics, licensing, medical, family, and intellectual property disputes. Her expertise extends across a broad range of industries, ensuring effective, fair, and neutral conflict resolution.
Dr. Curtis-Jones’ academic background further enhances her ability to manage and resolve disputes. She holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership/Conflict Management from Abilene Christian University, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, and a Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Additionally, she earned a certificate in Higher Education Management from Harvard University’s Institute for Higher Education Management Development Program.
Throughout her career, Dr. Curtis-Jones has been committed to education, conducting multiple mediator training sessions and sharing her expertise with those seeking to develop conflict resolution skills. Her passion for fostering peaceful and effective dialogue is the driving force behind her work, and she continues to inspire both professionals and individuals to approach conflict with understanding and solution-focused strategies.

With over 10 years of experience in business development, Jordan specializes in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue and foster long-term success. In his management career, Jordan has gained valuable experience mediating disputes and has a proven track record of cultivating relationships across diverse industries, including real estate, public/government, construction, education, and sports. His management philosophy centers on fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and empowering individuals to achieve their best.
Jordan thrives on equipping individuals and teams to succeed. He is passionate about conflict resolution tools that empower people to create workplace cultures that value collaboration, cooperation, trust, and accountability. By prioritizing people and performance, Jordan aims to build sustainable success for the organizations he serves.
Jordan’s academic background displays his ability to foster collaboration through individual development. He holds an M.Ed. in Sports Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Lamar University. Additionally, he has earned various specialization certificates in Public Housing Operations, Affordable Housing, and Community Development.
